Sharon H. Sjostrom
Sharon
Sjostrom joined Blalack & Williams in 1989, and since that time
has developed a widely acknowledged expertise in the area of debtor and
creditor law. Ms. Sjostrom is the senior manager of the firm's
extensive creditor bankruptcy practice coordinating the representation
of scores of financial institutions across the Southwest and all
districts throughout the state of Texas. She is a leading authority on
credit union operational and regulatory matters. She has been
instrumental in the drafting and development of deposit account
products and disclosures in the financial services industry for a
decade.
